DM50 Car Show is coming up on April 16!

A big thank you to all that have registered and are participating in the DM 50 car show – great news – we are sold out again!

Please plan on meeting Ron Sable at 10am at the Swan/ Golf Links gate at DM for the show. We will line up on the entrance to the gate and caravan to the display area together.

This should be a another great showing of Porsche cars for the Airmen and their families!

To see the brochure about the DM50, click HERE. Last year over 3,000 Airmen and their families participated in this event.  The Airmen and their families love the car show, the kiddie rides, static displays, and the picnic.

Auto Club Speedway
9300 Cherry Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335
Click HERE to go to the Festival of Speed website.

Help! Volunteers are needed to make the 2016 California Festival of Speed a success. We especially need volunteers for Traffic Control. This is the most important jobs of the festival. We need to make sure everyone is safe when cars and people are moving in close proximity. Please come out and show your support for Zone 8. Remember the CFoS success is fueled by volunteers.
We need people for Friday morning and afternoon, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and afternoon shifts. We need a few early mornings (6a.m. to 8a.m.) shifts for Friday and Saturday.
When you volunteer, please send us your name, phone number, email addresses and region’s name and when you can be available.
As a thank you we have free parking for all volunteers and a gift for anyone working at least one shift. As another incentive, the Zone will once again share some of the Festival profits with the Regions based on the level of volunteerism from each region.
Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

Sincerely Yours,
Janice Witteried
