Sudoku puzzles are done by placing pictures in every square in the grid so that each row, column, and small 3x3 square has no repeated pictures. To place a picture in the grid, click on a picture on the left to select it, then click in the grid to place it. If one of the left side pictures is selected, you can click on a grid picture to replace it, although original puzzle pictures can't be replaced. Original pictures are marked with a faint purple border. If you want to remove a picture, select the "not" symbol, then click on the picture you want to remove.

The small boxes next to each picture on the left are for your use; for example, if you have placed all nine saguaros, you may want to click the box to remind yourself that those are complete.

Once you have filled in the puzzle, you can check your result by clicking the 'Done' button. You will be told if your answer is correct. If it is, you will be rewarded with a Murray Walker quote*. To start the puzzle over again, click the 'Start Over' button. To begin another puzzle, click one of the 'Easy', 'Medium', or 'Hard' buttons at the top.
